Ryan Melchior has 15 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry.  Ryan has held positions with CBRE, Colliers International and the Grubb & Ellis Company.  Prior to his position with Knightbridge Capital, Ryan served as the Vice President of Asset Management at Red Tail Acquisitions where he strategically led and asset managed an 11 commercial property portfolio, totaling approximately 1,500,000 SF in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Washington, Texas and California. Ryan studied Business Administration and Real Estate Finance at Colorado State University and participates in various industry associations.
